What leather is Virtuoso: Dress Loafers made from?

The upper is natural full grain cow leather sourced from LWG-certified tanneries. The lining and insole are also natural leather, and the outsole is virgin thermoplastic rubber. Full grain is the top layer of the hide with the grain intact, which is why it develops a patina rather than peeling like corrected or bonded leather.

What size should I order?

VELVORY uses standard India and UK sizing on boots, loafers and sandals, and EU sizing on formal shoes. If you fall between sizes, order the larger size. Every order includes one free size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Can I return or exchange this if it does not fit?

Yes. VELVORY offers a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery, including one free size exchange. Pairs must be unworn apart from trying them on indoors.
