Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Velvory, We don’t ship fast — we craft with patience. Each pair lives through seven quiet days - of patient work, quiet focus, and deep respect for the material & craft. Every pair you order is handcrafted specifically for you by our skilled master craftsmen. This ensures that you receive a fresh, high-quality product directly from the workshop to you (that has not been sitting in a warehouse for months).

Because excellence takes time, our delivery timeline is divided into two stages:

1. The Timeline: Crafting + Shipping

Please understand that "Shipping Time" is different from "Crafting Time". Here is what to expect after you place an order:

  • Stage 1: Crafting (6-7 Days)
    Once your order is confirmed, it goes to our workshop. Our artisans cut, stitch, and finish your footwear. This process typically takes 6 to 7 days.
    (Note: You will not receive a tracking number during this stage because your product is being made.)
  • Stage 2: Shipping (3-5 Days)
    Once your pair passes our Quality Check, it is handed over to our premium courier partners (Delhivery, etc.). Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location in India.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9 to 12 Days from the date of order. "Great things take time. We promise the wait will be worth it."

2. Shipping Charges: We offer FREE Express Shipping on all orders across India.

3. Order Tracking

  • When do I get my tracking link?
    You will receive an email and WhatsApp notification with your tracking details only after your product has been crafted and dispatched (approx. 7th day).
  • How to track:
    You can track your package using the link provided in the email or WhatsApp.

4. Delivery Attempts & Availability

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to us.

  • Please ensure you provide a complete address including House Number and Landmark to avoid delays.
  • If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the courier agent to reschedule.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please check our Return and Refund Policy, for any claims on the damaged/ tampered product during shipping.

6. Delays

While we strive to meet the 12-day timeline, rare delays can happen due to:

  • Unforeseen manufacturing challenges (we will never ship a defective pair just to save time).
  • Unforeseen events, or extreme weather conditions affecting courier services.

In such cases, our support team will proactively keep you updated via WhatsApp/Email.
