We offer a 7-Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.

  • Size Issues: We offer one FREE size exchange if the fit isn't perfect.
  • Refunds: If you prefer a refund for non-defective items (change of mind), a small Restocking Fee will be deducted to cover the logistics of our made-to-order process.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
  • Important: For any damage or defect claims, a 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory. Please check the refund policy,
Are any purchases final sale?

No, specific exceptions apply:

  • Customized/Personalized Items: All customized orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Used Items: Any footwear showing signs of wear (please try them on a carpeted surface only) will be rejected.
  • Refused Deliveries: If a Partial COD order is refused at the door, the advance payment is non-refundable.
When will I get my order?

Since every pair is Made-to-Order, our timeline is split into two stages:

  • Crafting Time: 6–7 days to handcraft your pair.
  • Shipping Time: 3–5 days for delivery via our express partners.
  • Total Time: Please expect your delivery within 9 to 12 days from the date of order. Great things take time!
Where are your products manufactured?

We do not drop-ship. Every pair of Velvory footwear is proudly handcrafted in India by skilled artisans at our workshop in Tirupathur, Tamil Nadu. We oversee every pair to ensure maximum attention to detail.
How much does shipping cost?

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Express Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Additionally, for COD orders above Rs. 3000, a partial advance payment is required to confirm the order.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A TRACKING LINK YET?

Because we are a Made-to-Order brand, once your order is confirmed, we begin crafting your pair of elegance in our workshop.

  • You will receive a tracking number via Email/WhatsApp only after the product is crafted and dispatched (approximately on the 7th day).
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

We follow standard Indian/UK sizing for formal footwear.

  • Rule of Thumb: If you wear a size UK 8 in formal shoes (like Bata or Hush Puppies), order a UK 8 with us.
